Q: How long does a refund take? A: Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your returned item is received and inspected.
Q: How do exchanges work? A: We offer two exchange options:
- Instant Exchange — your replacement ships immediately before we receive your return. A temporary charge equal to the replacement item price is processed and refunded once we receive your original item.
- Standard Exchange — your replacement ships after we receive your returned item. No temporary payment required. Exchanges always receive a complimentary return shipping label.
Q: Do you cover return shipping costs? A: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we provide a complimentary return label. For preference-based returns (color, feel, etc.), a small return label fee is deducted from your refund. Exchanges always receive a free return label.
Q: What if my item arrived damaged or defective? A: Please contact us immediately at support@luxeya.com and select "Quality Issue" in the return portal. We will resolve it promptly with a replacement or appropriate solution, completely free of charge.

Q: How do I wash my Bamboo Viscose bedding? A: Machine wash on cold, gentle cycle using a mild natural detergent free from enzymes, bleaches, and brighteners. Avoid harsh detergents, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets. Tumble dry on low and remove promptly to avoid creases, or air dry for the best finish. Iron on low temperature only if needed.
Q: How do I wash my Mulberry Silk Pillowcases? A: Hand washing in cool water with a silk-safe detergent is recommended. If machine washing, place the pillowcase in a mesh laundry bag and wash on delicate/cold with a gentle silk-safe detergent. Air dry flat away from direct sunlight — avoid dryers as heat can dull silk's natural luster. Iron below 110°F or steam to restore smoothness. Dry cleaning is also suitable.
