Do you offer complimentary shipping?

Yes — we’re delighted to offer complimentary standard shipping on contiguous U.S. orders of $100 or more.
To qualify, your order total must be $100+ after discounts and before tax.

When will my order ship?

Every order is prepared with care.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
You’ll receive a tracking email the moment your order is on its way.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes — standard delivery is available for PO Box addresses.
Please note that expedited services may require a physical street address.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

We proudly ship to select international destinations.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
Please note: customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Which shipping options are available?

  2. Expedited Ground   

     Typically arrives within 3–5 business days.

     A faster option for an additional fee (delivery estimates shown at checkout).
  3. Express 2-Day Delivery

    Arrives in 2 business days from shipment

    Faster option for an additional fee (delivery estimates shown at checkout).
     (Monday–Friday; weekends & holidays excluded).

Is return shipping complimentary?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a complimentary return label.
For returns based on personal preference (color, feel, etc.), a small fee for the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges receive a complimentary return label, always.
