Luxeya — Return & Exchange Policy

At Luxeya, we want your home to feel beautiful and comfortable. If something about your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Clean, unused, and free from stains, odors, or pet hair

  • In like-new, resalable condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, storage bags/totes, tags, and accessories (if provided)

Items that appear worn, used, washed, or damaged may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Returns — Contiguous U.S.

If the item doesn't meet your expectations (size, color, etc.): To start the return, login to your account and click Request Return button next to the order you want to return, select the reason for return, and answer all questions.

  • prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

No restocking fees are applied.

Exchanges — Contiguous U.S.

We make exchanges easy.

You’ll receive a free prepaid return shipping label once you submit your exchange request through the “Return/Exchange” button below. Select the new item you'd like, then choose one of the following options:

1. Instant Exchange (Ship Replacement Immediately)

  • Your replacement item ships right away, before we receive your return.

  • A temporary charge equal to the price of the replacement item will be processed.

  • Once your original item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the returned product.

2. Standard Exchange (Ship After Return Arrives)

  • Your replacement ships after we receive your returned item.

  • No temporary payment is required.

International Returns & Exchanges

For orders shipped outside the U.S.:

  • Begin your request via the Return/Exchange button below.

  • A prepaid return label is not provided for international orders.

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Refunds or exchange orders are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the original item.

Quality Issue

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  • Select “Quality Issue” in the return portal or contact us directly.

  • We will resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement or appropriate solution, free of charge.
